  Luke was WONDERFUL!! He was exceptional in finding me a house to purchase that met my requirements so well (except it had a pool which I specified I didn't want! But.....I have used it almost everyday since moving in & my kids/grandkids LOVE it!!) He also sold my other house & did so in a VERY short time & for the price I wanted to get!! Young, enthusiastic, proactive & a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend

  We have dealt with Position One Property (primarily Nadine) for many years and always received very good service and positive results to queries.   I found Luke to be streets ahead of other agents I considered. He was able to match the qualities of our property with the needs of people in his circles. He found them quickly, and even though the sale was contingent on the sale of purchaser's house, he also orchestrated the settlement of their house very quickly. He was the true negotiator and demonstrated that he had both the vendor and purchaser interests at heart. With his effervescent personality and comical approach to his marketing, it made the process a little less stressful. He provided us with candid comments that would assist the sale. De complied and he achieved great results as he promised. I would regard Luke to be the new role model for Real estate agents in the future. A very heartfelt thank you from me Luke.

  Many thanks to Luc for the excellent customer service during our recent need to find new tenants for my son’s rental property. He immediately took charge of the process and found excellent tenants after only a week of availability. All requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently even to the extent of changing a light bulb on my behalf at the last moment. I can’t recommend Luc highly enough and would have no hesitation in using Position One again should the need arise.
